Dear House, You’re a Coward.
Look at your windows-
all of them are clear,
giving the false impression that they are mentally stable.
But all windows have a pane
and that pain you try to hide by wearing blinds,
to make yourself blind to the sun.
Whenever it rains and tears fall down your face,
you pull out your shutters,
to shut everyone up, shut them down, and shut them out.
Eventually, you can’t see out the window
or in the window,
so in actuality you do not have windows.

You, House, are worse than a prison.

Dear House, You’re a Coward.
Look at your structure-
composed of chopped down trees.
Instead of paying homage to those trees,
you make it mandatory more trees are cut down
to gain easier access and a better view of the ocean.
Then, you use the wood from those trees
to make boats that will enable trade.
Instead of paying homage to those trees,
you get greedy and arrogant
and make it mandatory more trees are cut down
with the interest of creating a paper currency system
to provide more jobs for more people
chopping down more trees.

You, House, are guilty of treason
and deserve to be homeless.
